I think it's a little agressive. I just received one for because my site got destroyed by some hacker who is a member here and I was a little harsh to mention that in a topic I made dedicated to some evidence providing who did it. I guess that wasn't the best thing to do but I was out of options. This dude hit like 40 other sites, and I got sick of it. Maybe to the regular webmaster it's no big deal, but I'm learning and this is tough to fix. Anyway, when I got back I was tagged for "harassing a member". I have no idea who did the tagging, nor can I even have a say. Not only that, but I have to see that stupid thing for a "LONG TIME". So, basically I got told to not do anything or take any measures against a known person whom daily takes out websites. I think it would be fair for a person like myself to be able to, at least, defend against a infraction against this. Of course, this would probably get me in more trouble because I'm going to definatly mention the "digital point protects crackers?" What do you think?
The thing is, disputes like this should be taken out of this forum. Also, all members here, whether an old member or a newbie can all receive infractions. So there is no use in protecting anyone. --Joe
