Hi, I've been searching for feedback Analytics tools/services (preferably SaaS), the kind of services you can use on your website to get and be able to analyze user/customer feedback. I came across Kampyle and several possitive blog posts about them. I've seen they work with many companies so my questions: are they the market leaders? does anyone have experience with them or feedback analytics in general. thanks!
