I certainly appreciate you subscribing to my feed and I also subscribed to your feed, BUT do not SPAM everyone in the thread. A simple - "I added everyone else - Here is my feed" message should be plenty.

 

Apologies if you felt invaded but I certainly don't think everyone I PM-ed felt that they received unsolicited messages or 'SPAM' as you call it.

I politely requested for everyone to review my link after taking care to add everyone first.The PM was relevant to the thread at hand and is a tool of the forum used by many when negotiating specific exchanges. The only reason why I pm-ed everyone was because not everyone keeps going back to a thread to follow the discussion.

An obvious example of this happening can be seen in the Stumble Upon thread in the 'Link Exchange' section. Most of the users over there operate via a mixture of PMs and forum posts. Nobody wants to spend their time adding everyone to find that nobody cares about his or her feed.

Once again, sorry for sending you a PM, Phynder. I'll remember not to do it again.

If anyone else feels that they were spammed, please let me know and I offer my apologies in advance.
