Hi I would like some feedback: We are thinking of creating a widget system that lets e-commerce users display their products directly on other peoples websites. Would this be of use to your online store? The owner would be able to control which products are displayed in the widget, allowing custom streams to be designed for each website you give the widget to.
Well it depends on how are you gonna come up with this widget, I mean the display/arrangement of the products displayed in the widget. The idea seems to be good, but you get try out some different widgets and get more reviews
The widget pull the product data via RSS from the website owners website, which will cache the products. The widget will be built with either Flash or Ajax. Is there any particular functionality that you'd like?
