I recently started a fee based business directory. As I get more requests for inclusion in the directory, I am a bit concerned that my rather simple terms as outlined on the submission page may not be enough. I have looked around at more robust agreements as put forth by the larger directories. Does your [small] fee based business directory have a robust agreement? Have you run into problems. I have almost completed an agreement I think I will be happy with but I feel it maybe "scary" to those who may wish to submit their sites... Q...
