Will I bought and tried: Article Submitter, was pretty good but it constantly stops working when a site has a 404 or other error, and you must constantly restart it to make it continue submitting, etc

I then tried and bought 'Article Post Robot', It seemed awesome, worked like a real dream, over 400+ article sites and groups too, I could be totaly away from the computer while it submitted without any bugs. Unfortunately in order to use the software you need to download and install Microsoft .net which has many security issues, and the software requires you too have IE installed, even if you use Firefox or some other browser, and you must turn off a major security option in IE before you can run Article Post Robot. As soon as I started using it, I got hit with major Trojan horses and other viruses..........

So, after throwing over $200.00 away - I am back to submitting to a few selected article sites, by hand again

I've always gone with manual submissions. I too had bad experiences with distribution software, but I was fortunate enough to not pay anything for them.

And the thing about article distribution is it only submits the same article (from what I've seen) to hundreds of directories. And in this day and age that is not good for duplicate content, since I rewrite my articles for every directory I submit to.
