what specific problems are you having? Is it just the high minimum payment threshold? You should be able to find some networks out there with lower minimum payments.

I too have been having a hard time making anything of PPC campaigns with these companies. It's tough to get good click throughs, then when you do they only pay 1-5 cents each. What I find odd is, when I pay for PPC ads, I never get clicks anywhere under 50 cents! It's fishy for sure.

How is Bidvertiser for you, lifeplayer?

I've tried AdEngage, but while they are a no bull company, they pay very, very freaking low per click and their ads suck (nobody wants to click stuff like "Make money taking surveys" etc. - people already know this is bull).

I wouldn't give up on adsense just yet. There are many factors that may hinder your earnings, and Google sets restrictions for good reasons.

Adsense is the most well known. However there is a lot of complaints about adsense's payouts. I think it's just PPC in general.

Bidvertiser can be good for english pages (I saw $0.75 clicks) but in other languages more then 10 cents is hard to get. Of course you can put ads only in english but low ctr will get even lower then.

Is it just the high minimum payment threshold?

So far I've tried Adsense, Adbrite and Kontera. Adsense blew them all away. You're right, it is frustrating. The real money is when people bid specifically on your ad slots through the "Placements" section in Adwords. Of course, you need to be at a certain threshhold to appear there, though.

Adsense is the best one as it pays the most. In a way adsense is kinda like marmite, you either love it or hate it

Try some CPM networks like valueclickmedia and advertising.
