I think some improvement must come. The changes seem to be temporary.

My web with a unique one-word name was purchase this January and has new content and PR4, listed in DMOZ and Google dir. It was obviously no. 1 on that word and showed new content all the time. At the moment, it ranks about 50 out of 400, and shows old descriptions and old pages, though the cache is for new content.

The Google database obviously still needs to be updated and results stabilized.

Hi there Caryl - I'm noticing a common thread with your answers ;o) JUST DON'T DO ANYTHING RIGHT NOW!!! And I'm not planning on it, in fact, i've been a good lad and not even touched Dreamweaver all week!

I'm just concerned that something on my site might be an obvious NO-NO, that you guys would spot straight away. Regarding the recent update, I'm very aware from reading the forums that the waters are still very turbulent and we should all just hang on until the storm has passed.

ArticleFactory, we can all at least take heart in the fact that many of us are in the same boat - surely this "update" can't stick?

    hasit,

What was a NO-NO on February 2nd might end up being a YES-YES on February 22nd!

    :D
