Anyone know of a WP plugin that allows you to display the top posts with an image and text similar to the ones on this site? http://justjared.buzznet.com/ (The top 4 boxes under the navigation) I'm looking for something that will take the post thumbnail and overlay the post title. Any suggestions? P.S. I'm already using the "Featured Post with thumbnail" plugin but that doesn't seem to do the trick.
This can be easily done with your current plugin. It's just matter of css. Or you could use something like: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/coin-slider-4-wp/ with no sliding option and titles enabled.
Thanks for the responses. I'm sure I could figure it out with my current plugin "Featured Post With Thumbnail" but I'm already using it on my sidebar and I don't think you can use it more than once. I guess I'll try editing a slider plugin but I would rather try something else. Does anyone else have any suggestions or know of an easy way to tweak a similar plugin? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
