Most of my pages are showing ads, but occasionally the validation catches a page that I missed (a few stray pop ups, a few pages that open in iframes, that sort of thing). It would be really handy if the system could be set up to shoot an email to us when a site fails validation, and include what page it failed on. As it is right now 1) I don't know it failed until I happen to log in and 2) I don't know what page it failed on. Thanks for any consideration.
The system does send an email when validation fails - at least it has for me. Are you sure you have a working email addy in your control panel?
Yep... it does already. It sends an email and tells you what page specifically it was. I would double-check the email you have on your account.
question Shawn, does it send one email per email address on hand (if I use the same email address for all accounts) or one per account? We had a number of sites go "offline" today for validation issues, but I only rec'd one email.
Hey, Great Idea!!!! Yep, there is was, sitting in my spam can with about a thousand junk mails. I will fix my spam filter to allow these through. Thank you and sorry 'bout the bogus post, Chris
