FBML is going to be obsolete very soon. By June of 2012, there will be no more HTML/FBML apps. You will have to create tabs in Facebook Developers and host your content on an SSL server.
I don't know. It's changing by the minute. 3 days ago they were prompting you to buy SLL hosting for your content from a 3rd party. Yesterday, there was a link that said it was free. You can just get your own SSL hosting and bypass all of the uncertainty and just create your tabs on your own. Which is what I did. One thing is for sure, you either have to learn to do it yourself, or pay someone do it. Which shouldn't be too bad for webmasters and people who are used to doing their own web work. But it will all but kill the hopes of any amateurs or novices who think they can knock it out over a week end.
1st of all, it can be made by ordinary HTML-CSS coding for any template. Only you can do on thing while doing the coding put "%" for compressing automatically with exact size. It can be implemented by the Facebook Apps --> "I-Frame" - in this apps you can upload your designed template and make your fanpage more attractive Hope this will help you.
