Like once a month, FB says I'm doing something out of my normal routine and that they need to verify it's me. They make me upload a photo of myself to unlock my account. I don't get it. I've uploaded the same photo to them like five times already. How can I stop this from happening?
Maybe you use some SMM programs or you have your Facebook installed on several devices? Did you give your data to someone else?
I only access it from my laptop at home. Definitely didn't give my data to anyone else, but I'm not sure what SMM programs are.
This is because use your Facebook ID after a long time and post something on it but Facebook treat it as your ID was hacked and someone else is using your ID after a long time so you have to pass a security check to prove the user is You. Change Your ID password and logged it out from any other device, if there is no another device connected to your ID then it is ok. And Keep visiting your FB time to time, once in a day or once in a week.
