FB Ads Manager Error Problem

    I try to make ads on facebook..and always got Ads manager error.
    When i make an ads and use vcc directly as cc or use paypal as fund suorce then got Ads manager error ?

    All of you got the same problem with me also ?
    Which vcc is works for you now ?
    Hope someone will share here...

    VCC won't help you.
    Better use a real CC or PayPal if its available.
