Faxing/Mailing Drivers License

    I recently applied to join Azoogle. They sent me an email with a questionnaire then at the bottom it said I had to mail or fax them a copy of my driver’s license and a W2 forum.

    Has anyone else had to do this to get accepted?

    nah, just need to send in the w-9 form, thats all
    that's weird that they would ask you to send in your license

    They told me that they need a w-9 but that most people send in their drivers license. I guess it's either / or.
