Favorite Web 2.0 Examples

Just wondered if you guys have any favorite Web 2.0 style designs. I know Web 2.0 can just mean that the site is more interactive or uses ajax, but it can also include the style. Here are some examples of what I mean:

I still haven't even figured out what makes a site two point oh.

Alot of new things came out in phases in the last 3-4 years, but I never really noticed anything worthy of being two point oh.
