The reason you should tip a bartender is because they will take care of you. Believe me, we notice who doesn't tip us. I will always wait on people first that have tipped me, and I will also make their drinks stronger. Also keep in mind, *most* bartenders are making anywhere from $3.50-$7.00 per hour, and working their ass off. I really appreciate all of these great drinks, but can you tell me how to make these?

OMG, all these drinks look so tempting, i have not tried any but i could've Irish Car Bomb right now.
Over on my message board, a guy said that the best bet is to tip strong on your first drink/round and then you'll be taken care of all night. How's that sound? And what about when girls buy me drinks? Doesn't the bartender's attitude about me become irrelevant?
I allow people to run tabs, and I've found that after a night of drinking, they are more inclined to give you a bigger tip. But you are right, if you come out looking like a great tipper, you will get taken care of, yes. If a girl bought you a drink, I'd think that was cool. It wouldn't change my attitude about you at all. Just make sure she leaves a tip, and if she doesn't, then you should.
that's nice income..400 dollar bill...that much be a big bundle of money one of my firend once make 700 dollar tip handing out beer in some huge corporate party. If you 've connection you can easily make good money
How someone treats their bartender says something about their character. My favorite drinks to order out: Rum & Coke - Old safe standby. Butterball - Kahlua & Butterscotch schnapps? Cosmopolitan - Yeah, I drink girls drinks. I burned out on Bacardi 151 in college. I love to try different things from the martini menu, if the place can make decent martini's. Not every place can. My Favorite drinks at home: Baileys & coffee - Mainly at the holidays. Vilmos Körte Pálinka - Hungarian pear brandy -- I worked in Hungary for a while and started drinking this. Unicum - Hungarian bitter - it grows on you.
