I'm not talking about adding RSS to a site, I'm looking for an RSS reader for personal use.

For people that use RSS readers, which one(s) do you recommend? Let's say I want to create a list of SEO blogs and load them into an RSS reader so I can quickly/easily see updates in one place ... which would you recommend for this?

I like Newz Crawler. There was another one I liked better, but it was very unstable. Now that I have gotten used to Newz Crawler, I probably like it just as much.

I personally use the one built-in to Thunderbird. I always have my e-mail open, so I just give a quick glance over to the new posts. Sometimes I'll use RSS Wize in Firefox, but normally just in-house thunderbird does it.

Google Reader drives me a little nuts... maybe I just need to try to get used to it more. Started playing with feedreader just cause it was one of the first replies ... I'm liking it... just looking for something that isn't an actual download/install app.

Bloglines is my favourite as well. It keeps track of all my feeds whether I am at my desktop or if I'm out and about with my Treo 650.

A very fast RSS reader is GreatNews. It also synchronizes with Bloglines.

I really like FeedDemon on Windows - bradsoft.com/feeddemon

Sadly, the readers for OSX are so much better than anything available on Windows though.
