I'm going with Futurama or King of the Hill. Now, if I were to have been asked what was my funniest cartoon, I would have said Family Guy, but Futurama and King of the Hill transcend just being a comedic cartoon. For example, King of the Hill is a subtle satire of the simplicity and traditions of Southern life in the United States, but it also presents many real Southern objections to many of the popular opinions in the United States today, such as the capacity for corruption from discrimination laws or the dissipation of the working spirit for the working class.
I kinda like some of the old cartoons, like UB Iwerks ones, Fleischer, Silly Symphonies (Disney) et cetera... But if going for a bit more new cartoons, Futurama is high on the list
