Favicon required for website theme

    I want to have a favicon (16x16, 32x32 image with .ico extension)
    made for my website Indian SEO Firm matching its theme.
    Any creativity with fonts or logo is appreciated. the size should be less than 1KB.
    I will pay $2 to the person whose favicon I will use at my website.
