Favicon Not Showing At FireFox And Bookmarks

    I have three sites using the same theme. Strangely the favicons from two of my sites do not appeared on Firefox and Bookmarks. But they appear on Chrome.

    All my three sites, I used the Customize to upload the image.

    How long have they been in place?
    Is it a browser cache issue?

    It is definitely not the browser cache. For some times now.

    Try to upload the favicon.ico file manually through FTP to your website root /
