Selling Fated Dungeon - Browser MMORPG

I have a browser based mmorpg named Fated Dungeon that is already released for public and now for sale. I released the game 13 May 2011 and since then there have been a revenue on $400+.

The revenue this far is only from subscription sales in the game so it would increase alot of you added for example advertising to the game.

The game is created out of my own created game engine (BBG Engine v1.0) but with an unique layout and a few extra features such as Forum and outher.

Paypal IPN integrated so that you dont need to credit any packages bought by the players.
Fortumo Mobil Payments added to the game 12 Juni 2011 and already a profit on 37,39 EUR.

Anyone planning on bidding should log in and check the forums. Not only do they rarely work to post a message, but they outline a dirty secret... The game has broken. Stamina (the game's resource) no longer accrues every 15 minutes as it should. Nightly resets no longer happen. None of the behind the scenes parts of the engine actually work. People with "gold time" or subscriber status's status is no longer ticking down, but equally they are no longer able to play. The game now tends to have 0 people logged in at most times. This issue has been active for a few days now, and the small, new community is disappearing fast. If the game was fully functioning it'd be one thing, but it clearly isn't at the moment. I'm personally thinking of contacting Paypal for a refund, given that the game is, in effect, abandoned and non functional already.

edit: June 12th, the game stopped working. This is easily shown by the fact that I paid $25 on May 29th, yet the game only thinks 15 days have passed since. Therefore posts on June 13th are made in bad faith, I believe.

 

The game is already sold and the buyer was the one who abdoned it!!

The error appeared before the sale was completed. In fact, you was still posting details over 24 hours later, so this comes across as a little disingenuous. Not that it changes my mind about contacting paypal of course. Either way I haven't received what I paid for. :-p
