I installed a new hard drive to my dell computer. I had windows xp home edition up and running when my moniter went blank. I can not start it up with any of the F8 or F12 options. When I try in safe mode, it goes to bsod and I get this message. " Stop:c0000021a (fatal system error) the session manager initialization system process terminated unexpectdly with a status of Oxc 0000034 (0x00000000 0x00000000) The system has been shut down. " Can anyone give me any advice. Please keep it as simple as possible, I am no expert here. Thank you
