Guys, i have been in love before. this is how it felt. Well first my nerve cells started acting up. Then the ganglions sent the signals to each other that i am supposed to be in love. I then got a digital message in my head that gave the green light to be in love. After that the signal was sent to all my emotional centers that they are now to be commanded to be in love. Thing is after that i got another command to get divorced. This is the fun of being atheist, i can describe every feeling in a pure and scientific way. NOW THIS IS TRUE LOVEEEEEEEEE How do whole galaxies get created ? By chance? There are very few scientists that believe that order is created through chaos. every part of our universe has laws and has order to it. It makes no sense and it is logical. I cant wait to welcome all my atheist brothers to meet god. I LOVE YOU ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL
Yet there is no proof of any of that. Sure, I believe jesus was a real person. There is plenty of evidence to support that, but making the jump from him being just another guy to being the son of god is quite a leap. There is absolutely no evidence for that. Just because I say I am the son of god does not make it true.
Why is it 100% Certain? Jesus IS God. You are also son or daughter of God. The proof He is who He said He is, is in his resurrection. There were 500 witnesses, one was Atheist.
No big deal ... some wise guys got together and convinced everybody else that time can be split in 2 in honor of an imaginary person. This happens all the time. The Jews did it with Adam, the Christians did it with Jesus. Adam lived less than 6000 years ago ?? or just another imaginary person ?
I read that first objection mentioned in this thread and almost fell out of my chair laughing. Jesus said quite clearly his kingdom was not of this world. He is ruling over the house of Jacob right now and his kingdom has no end. Even if it was to be an earthly kingdom it says "will." So it's only a contradiction if you reject the resurrection. Of course that requires mixing paradigms which only exposes contradictory paradigms. Not a contradictory Bible. That just saved me a lot of time. Those "Fatal Flaws" show the ignorance of those who post them. Not any actual problems with the Bible. It's okay though, the Jews at the time of Jesus were also confused about it. They were expecting an earthly king. I'm still waiting for a list of "contradictions" that has the intellectual integrity to not include the ones that are obviously not contradictions. Five minutes of research (including actually reading the Bible) would have cleared that "contradiction" in Luke up.
