My girth is epanding these days. I am looking for some suggestions. What should I eat, and if there are any particualr exercise to burn fats (especially the waist area - those hanging fats from either sides look awful ) )
You just have to burn more calories that what you consume. So either burn more calories or eat less food.

be observant with your choice of food. eat more green food and lessen your sweets including your rice. have a regular exercise and drink a lot of water instead of colas. but keep in mind that while you're doing all of these, you keep balance with your health.
