seeking your expert advice on further development and promoting the website. getting back PR and alexa rank.

Currently generating around 40k+ unique visitors a month last month was very low 24k uniques.

ya today i'm facing same problem.
In bottom part there is link of fetching RSS from 4 locations, that might be making it slow. I'll try removing it.

Sorry, not much of a review here. I got too impatient waiting for the page to load...so this will have to be my only advice. Speed up the load time.

I've removed 2 of the 4 rss items. removed ads from home page, forums.
now targeting to get back alexa rank, google pr.

plz advice. I may also accept some related link exchange requests

 

I definitely think removing the ads and the other stuff make the home page a lot cleaner and easier to read.

The site still loads really slow. You may want to consider keeping the fflash header but making the flash image box a static image to free up resources.

One last thing to look at. You do not allow right clicks on your page. That's okay on a personal site but on a business site it tends to offend people. The thought process from someone coming to your site might be:

"They want me to buy products and services from them but they think I'm going to steal their content"

I would cosider removing the right click block.

I think that the site is good and easy to navigate.

I'm not sure what the problem is with loading times as it loaded really quickly for me. Do you host it yourself?

 

no, hosted on us based servers, shared hosting. whm/cpanel.
I've now removed right side scroller java iframe as well. now page load speed is good i guess
