but anyway pending links list isn't a really bad thing
however i would like to imrove upon that mod by allowing you to search if a link is pending, approved, and might add rejected

 

yes, but if you add rejected sites listing they are not rejected after all?
And pending is also dangerous if you ask me. Some no no site get listed on pending page, Googlebot stops by and ola-you are banned in G.
Maybe I am wrong but this is how I see it. Other than that great mod, really.

 

well no google wont ban you for it
especially since it isnt on a seo friendly page, and it will be gone withing a weeek

 

No actually we're talking about the Admin Online mod

We're also keeping the Pending Links because users have a chance of being noticed before getting listed in the directory and if they don't get listed.

We like to make it a win - win situation for both parties.

It sure has gotten strict around here. I got an infraction for starting this thread in the wrong category. Sorry for the stress and inconvenience my mistake caused everyone.

Sorry if I sounded like I have something against this directory or his creators. This wasn't my intention. I was just thinking about that pending links mod, but I am sure you have no follow on those links and you can't get banned after all.

 

Mystik....looks like you need to fix some templating issues with it...it's pretty broken right now =/

 

Hey Steve, regarding the pending links....

What if a porn site submitted and got on the pending list? I think pending list should be at least text only.
