This company is a huge scam - you only need to look on the net at their reviews from several trusted sources such as review centre and there are thousands of people complaining about them taking money out of their account and they are supposed to be in some kind of contract that they have cancelled / tried to cancel / did not even know they had or had to jump through hoops to cancel.

    http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews80572.html

How this company is allowed to continue ripping people off is beyone belief.

When I signed up, nowhere did I see ANYTHING about any contract, any 12 months period etc, all I seen was the monthly price. their hosting is a joke with constant downtime, gateway closed etc so I wanted to cancel and they gave me some mumbo jumbo about a 12 months contract that I am supposed to have agreed to - upon investigation I agreed to their "terms and conditions" which has jargon about 12 months contract hidden within - what a scam.

I am asking my bank to cancel them and I will be clicking on their google ads to get my revenge for them STEALING my money - simply google hosting and click on fasthosts - everytime I think of them scammers I am p'd off and will click again for another 10 minutes using another proxy server.

With so many people complaining we should all click and that will send them a message

Well technically if it was listed in their TOS, then your bound to it. Therefore they aren't cheating it, however that is considered untechical.

can anyone honestly say they go through pages and pages of T&C's when they sign up for things ?
terms and conditions are classed as an 'agreement' and NOT a contract
they use this contract nonsense which is weaved into their T&C's to try to tie people to keep paying its not only unethical it's downright theft and no matter what you say they don't give a toss - read all the complaints online about people even after 12 months they try to cancel and keep getting stupid reasons and excuses / promises the account has been cancelled etc...but they continue to have money taken from their account....the only way to deal with companies like this is to hurt them back in the pocket so as long as they keep taking money I will click their sodding google ads and make them pay tenfold what they steal

(by replying you agree to my terms and conditions)
    Terms and Conditions
You agree to give me all your belongings and be my slave forever.

but, if in the TOS it states your bound by a contract, and you agree to the terms of service, then you agree... the bank should not help you, and you should have to pay...

You tied yourself into it, you sort it out, a forum like this isnt going to be able to help you...

    Disagree with private_html
As if you found the host is kind of scam and you may propose to refund but do remember to ask for their guarantee period. Else there is no point for you to argue over here, meanwhile thanks for sharing this information. I am sincerely wish you good luck with your next host and shall update us in near future.
