Fastest way to publish in joomla?

    Hello , I have subscribed for Test news from ANI and IANS. They told me that they can upload the news items into my server.

    I wanted to know is there a way to publish articles by upload in each article to server in txt or xml.
    Basically i don't want to publish each articles myself, i want it to be directly published when the news provider upload it on the server.

    Have you subscribed from any news if yes then how are you publishing the articles.

    Please help

    I think you need a hardcoded module OR component which will read your XML and publish in Joomla.
