Fastest way to get new Wordpress blog indexed in Google?

    You can do the things below listed:

    1. Submit your blog's RSS Feed URL to Google webmaster tools
    2. Do some RSS feed submissions in top listed RSS submission websites
    3. Use ping services
    4. Take a latest blog post URL and submit it in top social bookmarking sites to get fast indexing

    I submit to webmaster tools, write some unique content and ensure my site is pinged using google xml sitemaps plugin for wordpress.

    This will help your site get indexed fast.

    If you are talking about one post, let me tell you that there is no way. You can't force the Google Crawlers crawl your blog, tip is to write consistently.

    1st of all, there are lots of techniques for indexing fast. You can follow some of these:

    1) Submit Sitemap in the Webmaster Tool
    2) Share links of your site in the Social Networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, StumbleUpon, Delicious etc etc.
    3) Submit RSS FEED of your blog in some of the RSS FEED directories.
    4) Use Ping Service like: PingGoat, Ping.fm etc.
    5) Some the high PR blog catalogs like MyBlogLog, Blog Catalog etc has been crawled by the Google Bot regularly, So if you put your blog links here, then ofcourse the Google Bot will crawl your site also.
    6) Do some blog Commenting in relevant site by your niche URL
