If you have 100% unique content in your website & if you have proper website structure in internal pages than with the help of Off site optimization i.e. with the help of link building you get easily indexing in Google. Try to do following methods for generating maximum number of back links, firstly start manual search engine submission then follow following steps one by one, Blog creation, Blog Commenting, Directory submission, Social book marking, article submission, press release etc. Try to submit your website only in high page rank websites.
Actually, the fastest way to do it is get a link somewhere google likes to go. Build yourself a sitemap so the bot doesn't have to work too hard to find everything. It likes that. Then go to my directory, or any directory where you know google likes to go, or a bookmark site and submit your link. I can't speak for others, but google hits my directory 100 to 150 times a day on average. A new link is almost always picked up by google, and a lot of others, within 24 hours and definitely within 48. Once your front page is in there, and if you have a good site map, the majority of your pages should be indexed in short order.
For me submitting to reddit, digg and deli works like a charm. a day or 2 my site is indexed by google.
