Please stay well clear of this company. After a long wait they finally opened my account at first it was okay but their customer area is a mess and takes a while to get used to. Opened a account with them to find thta the servers were slow and due to so called security have disabled a lot meaning nearly all scripts & CMSs dont work on their servers. I then thought I would get in contact with their customer service on the live chat on their homepage. This then led to the worse case I had ever had with a customer service rep. they were rude and insulted me refusing to fix my problem after a argument they agreed to fix my problem but said I would have to wait but could not give a exact time just said it will take some time. As I needed sites sorted asap due to being assigned work as a designer. I requested a refund all they said is request a cancellation and at the end of the billing period it will be cancelled then ignored anything else I wrote. Worse thing here is I founf out that the one on chat was one of the owners. It would have been forgivable if it was a employee.

As we advertise, all orders are processed manually, to avoid fraud orders and for verification ( Our payment gateway 2Checkout take about max 12 hours to clear a order, so mostly we take that much time too.) and we use WHMCS billing , support ticket system. So if you are not used to it then we are sorry for the trouble caused due to it. ( WHMCS is the most used hosting billing/support ticket system so.we can do anything more on that.. ) Server is not slow at all. The connection may depends on your location. As you ( @Nathf1505 ) are hosted in our German sever, the location of yours may depends the speed. Our server is connected to 1Gbps Network connection, so you can accept great speed everytime. On the security features. We have enabled lots of security features on the server, to avoid any issues to our clients. ( DDOS, Hacking etc.. ) As everyone know offshore servers are are prone to lots of Server attacks and abuse, we have made strict measure to reduce it. Also we have make sure all the scripts functions work perfectly on the server . About now 250+ sites are hosted there and all working fine and it seems you ( @Nathf1505 ) facing problem. We try most of the issues with your site, but some may be due to script incapability. Ok, then on customer support. We have try to maximum solve your issues, but you never understand the security issues you are facing. At last you agreed on our request on opening up every settings for your site, which atlast may cause lots of security problem for your sites and also may even effect our server. So we need to take actions to resole that before opening up all for you. We always said you can cancel at anytime, all actions should follow our TOS which you approved while making the order. Hope you have read that clearly. Please note that in our company there is no Owner, no staffs difference. We all act as one. We take different roles according to our interest and time. Its best to provide best service for our clients each time. Hope, we explained our part clearly.
