Faster bookmarking???

Yesterday, I submitted one of my posts to Digg and Stumbleupon. I had 20 visitors, but...I would like to submit more posts to more social bookmarking sites and that requires to much time. Do you have any ideas how could I do this in minimum time? I'm not asking you to suggest me some expensive program...

I don't like autosubmission tools...I would like to do things manually but...Is there some pre-made excel worksheet for this or something like that?

There are also some softwares available so you can just sit and relax.
