Fastclick/Valueclick running YPN

I had an account with valueclick a long time ago and I gave them a call Friday to revive it. After re-activating my account, I grabbed the code and put on a few pages on one of my sites (to test). Then After a couple of refreshes I saw YPN contexual ads with "ads by yahoo" appearing on the valueclick spot.

The other ads on the pages are rotated ypn/adsense and I don't know if YPN's terms are broken when valueclick decides to show YPN and the rest of the page is showing adsense.

Do you think it is a big deal and I need to either stop valueclick or call YPN?

    YPN Campaign?

Anyway, I called Y!PN that day, and theytold me that I needed to take a screenshot, and send them the whole "index" file of my site, as well as take a screenshot of that. Also, they wanted me to go over all my files and look for any AdSense codes. However, since I knew for a fact that there was NO AdSense code ANYWHERE there, I just decided to take the ValueClick Ad that was showing a AdSense ad down, which is safer for me of course. The messed up thing is I couldn't even find a phone number for ValueClick, to call them up and tell them what the problem is,and I know for a fact that If I had called them, and reported that problem to them, they really couldnt do much but tell me the same thing as YPN had told me.

I actually had some sillt thoughts in my head..Does anyone think that ValueClick is doing this on purpose? Sticking their AdSense Acount Ads just so they can get people banned from other Publisher Networks? Which means more publishers for them! I know it's silly, and sounds selfish, but as a publisher I have the right to think whatever I want to  :D

    Thank you guys.

I don't know the name of the campaign and I disabled valueclick ads few minutes ago just to be on the safe side until I solve the problem. I can't take the chance of being booted by some YPN auditing script/ppl. The stakes are too high :)

I'll check val publisher portal tomorrow to see if I can block that campaign.

Webviz, the problem is valueclick network was showing YPN ads on my site which is against YPN terms.
