Fastclick & Adsense

I am doing a bit better now with Adsense. This has been my best month so far. Nothing like some of the pros on this forum but it is starting to make me spend some extra time on my websites.

I was wondering if anyone had Adsense and then put on a program like Fastclick / Clicksor / etc. And if they did add another program, what was the impact to your adsense revenue. I imagine it may go down for Adsense but I am curious about the overall revenue impact - positive or negative?

    Thanks...

you're not allowed to run multiple contextual ad services along with adsense at the same time on the same pages, in case you didn't know...

and the far, far majority of those other programs pay less than adsense in most situations.

I use adsense and fastclick on couple of my sites. I use fastclick as alternative ads for adsense in case of PSAs. fastclick is good if you receive huge traffic a day.

Yup I knew about the multiple contextual ads (Clicksor) - my example was bad. I was wondering the effect of overall revenue when you have both adsense & fastclick for example which is allowed. Will my overall revenue go down or up?

Any experiences out there that use both?

If you use it at the same time for sure it will add up on your earnings. Since I used fastclick my adsense earnings remains as usual. no effect at all. But I only use skycrapers and banners. I never used pop unders and other type of ads from fastclick.

For me, it is not a question of AdSense vs. something else, it is a question of what publisher to use as an AdSense alternative for pages which AdSense is unable to find appropriate advertisements for.
