    I remember once we bought a top banner in a forum devoted to anime, for an MMORPG game's website, and got massive numbers of visitors, but the conversion rate to subscribed users was not that good for the money spent.
    Moral of the story, stick to Google ads and keep tweaking till your conversions happen.

    traffic exchange is also a way to get traffic, however it doesnt works all the time, you have to create a very good landing page to success in it.

    This is not to disappoint you friend but there is no way to drive fast traffic on single page affiliate website.

    Most of ppc network is not accepting ads with affiliate link.(My experience - got banned my adword account also)

    Google will not give you ranking for organic traffice.

    This you may try :

    Email marketing : Marketing on other people's email list.Prepare a short report with your site link and give away for free. Check fiverr for email lists.

    Solo Ads : Put your banners on blog pages which already having traffic.
