What do you guys think on google support? I've contacted them twice and both times I've gotten a reply in abour 3 hours. I think thats a great turn around time knowing how big they are. :D

Although I'm not very happy with my issue :p

yep they are fast to most issues. But if you ask them to investigate a particular issue pertaining to your account then i have noticed they may take a few days but in the end its thumbs up

In answer to your targeting question, In order check:

    page name (file name)
    page title
    meta's (keywords/description)
text that is near the ads
    biggest headline
text at the bottom of the page

I have had good luck just renaming the actual file when ads have been mis-targeted.

I contact them yesterday and they reply me in 30 minutes.
I send them a reply and they reply me back after 50-60 minutes...
I'm now waiting for another reply from them...

Overall I've been quite happy with both AdSense and AdWords support. Very fast, very helpful, and quite nice. They were able to help resolve all my problems -- including having my AdSense account accidentally removed, they were able to reinstate it and get me back online! They have been amazing to me so far.

Isn't the reply you received an automated reply? It didn't seem like they actually answered your question.

Oh, never mind. I just read it again and see it wasn't automated.
