Now that I am in need of a program or a free service that will let my posts be indexed by google within minutes. I know that google indexes posts on digg and also this very forum digital point. But to make a post for every of the pages I want to get indexed does not seem to comply with the TOCs. So I would be glad if anyone can tell me if there is a service out there that will help my pages be indexed within MINUTES not Hrs. THX.
If you're pages are linked to on your site, you shouldn't worry about it. Even Google says not all your pages will get indexed. Some people wait years to have all their pages (or most of them) indexed. Hope this helps.
set update frequency + use ping services and social bookmarks. spiders are everywhere, there's no need to tell them. Just tell other sites that yours is alive. they'll automatically come fast in seconds.
same problem for me, not all my posts in my blogsite is indexed. bot some could be seen as fast as minutes in site: command by google.
Don't worry, the way to index faster is to update faster, also you can change the indexing frecuency by making google bot come faster, see in your webmaster account in the configuration but is usually better to let it do.
I'm with you on this one. Only way to establish a good relationship with Search engines is if they know your site exists. Backlinks,Backlinks,Backlinks and once again backlinks. Social bookmarking can help getting your pages indexed faster but don't over submit to them. They penalize as well.
Pinging can get your blog indexed within minutes to google, but don't ping so often as it can get your site banned from pinging.
Hi everybody, I put a sitemap for google (webmaster tool says it is ok with it) but after one week, nothing... I'm begining to doubt about the real advantage of using a sitemap...
Yes, that's really strange, I have 15 pages listed in Google now, 800 page browse (and still in the sandbox I suppose) but the fact is that: the 15 page indexed in google are present in the sitemap (exactly the same url). Google says that in the sitemap, no url is indexed... Strange.....
more than 200 hundred page indexed. But still nothing regarding my sitemap... sitemap: url indexed - 0 google: search results in google: 200 pages... I'm SURE the sitemap contains url that are present in the Google results... Strange...
i have around 100 page site and my pages are index almost within 24 hours of update to max 3 days.. regards TJ
