    Hi There..
Has anyone read ebook about Fast Facebook Traffic?
Well, if you have read that, let us discuss here.

The author said that we must prepare the set up list, such as:

    • Fill out your profile, including Basic Info, Bio, Likes and Interests, and Contact Information. In the blank space under your picture, write a short message about yourself. Don't forget to put your websites in the box under "Info" so there's somewhere for people to click to find out more about your products.
    • Add a picture of yourself, looking towards the camera, preferably smiling. People want to connect to other happy people.
    • Add any applications found below under Suggested Facebook Application, for sites you're already using. Use at least Notes, which is pre-installed.
    • Import Your Existing Friends/Connections
    • Create and Install Facebook Badges for Your Blog or Website (Like Badges are best if you have a Facebook Page.)
    • Search for and Join Active Groups to Start Participating In (Not just with Wall Posts!)
    • Activate Facebook Mobile if you're a heavy cell phone user
    • Search for Active Facebook Page communities to participate in.
    • OPTIONAL but highly recommended: Install the Facebook Toolbar.

and the most important is, we only need 15 minutes routine to get traffic.
    The 15 Minute Routine
    1. Make sure you've published some fresh content that leads into your sales process. This can be a YouTube video with a link in the comments back to your site, a blog post, an article on another site, anything that will at least lead a prospect to a sign-up form.
    2. If the content hasn't automatically published into Facebook or is no longer on the front page, publish it there now using the Publisher at the top of the page, the Notes application or the Share button on the Facebook Toolbar.
    3. Log in to Facebook at a time when you have 15 minutes. If possible, time yourself. Remember, there's no need for you to experience all of Facebook today. If you are getting great results immediately, by all means, keep going, but put some kind of limit on your time.
    4. Check the notifications section for updates. If there was additional action taken on an item you liked, or if someone responded to your content, you'll see it here. If the responses are relevant, continue these conversations first.
    5. Go to your home page and scroll down to see the popular content. Click comment, like, or share when you see things that interest you. Comments are good for breaking the ice, lending your expertise, or supporting another person's contributions. Likes are good for support as well, but not as strong of a statement. You'll get notifications when people comment, so only use Likes if you won't mind monitoring that conversation. Shares are powerful ways to build alliances with people who have parallel audiences, or who are key influencers.
    6. Go back to the home page and click on "Recent News". Repeat the rest of the process in Step five.
    7. Visit Groups, Pages, and people who have left messages on your profile.
    8. Leave helpful information if the context of the conversation is related to your business. Participate in short exchanges and icebreakers if these are budding relationships. Rather than pitching to people, let them come to you and click through to your sales page, read your blog, or sign up for your newsletter. People who are in the least bit curious about you from conversation will click on your Profile and discover as much as they can. If you've been targeting them properly, many should be clicking through to your site(s). In Groups, focus on active Discussions. In Pages, the Wall and Video areas tend to have as much action as discussion areas.

Well, it's not hoax for me, because I got many visitor to my blog since I do that tips. What do you think?

It all seems like common sense to me... also posting a URL in your wall posts assists in SEO, I have some groups with 500 - 3500 fans/likes, 6000 post views per day minimum, trying to grab the traffic to your site is the hardest part. I don't really see how participating in other groups helps? wouldn't you be better off working on your own?

updating too much annoys the shit out of your fans, as there's that stupid pop up box in the corner - it appears to your fans when you update a post or post on your wall... I know I delete fan pages and "likes" when that annoying thing hassles me when I am chatting or using facebook like a normal person... and I notice fans drop also if I post too many times or consecutively... also there's a few things changing:

You can now see how many times individual posts have been seen/looked at (insights for posts)
The overall post views for day...

And the old "like" this or see no content... doesn't work that well anymore. I have tried several of them and it also pisses my fans off... same with affiliate FBML pages - but I still use them.

And be careful these days when you purchase fans and likes, the majority spam mailing lists that they have scraped from Facebook and invite them to your group, these workers (that I hired) are working on several campaigns and spam the shit out of Facebook members... they are now limited to 49 invites and this is killing their promotions - probably a good thing... this is why you see the scammers selling their "Facebook Like" generator sites - it's near on impossible to recruit like thats.
