Fast contact form with confirmation

    Hi all. I used to use the Contact 7 form to have people contact me and I configured it so they get a confirmation that they actually sent me something. However, it can take up to 30 minutes for them and myself to get the confirmation message and the actual message. Is there a reason for this? Is there a better alternative to this that won't take as long?

    I'm using the cforms II Wordpress plugin with no problems.
