i also have the paid, the only bad part is there is a limited number of blogs that it searches. any search query i enter always returns the same stale blogs. they need to add more!
It is depend on how you use the search function. The software don't store any list of blog whether it is dofollow or not.
ii use it out the box i enter search terms and wait for blogs to show up. most of the dofollow blogs are the same each time.
Finally you guys getting a good worth enough solution for link building. have tried it and it worth the money they ask for it. really nice software.
Not too impressed with fastblog finder, the results don't seem to be that helpful, but thanks for the tip on the Search Status plugin, nice piece of software.
I think you need to read my latest post before commenting again... http://howtorankhigh.com/dofollow-fast-blog-finder-v25-released-20-oct.html It just releases v2.5 this 20 Oct..
I have the paid version as well and it works well for me. I've been able to find a number of no follow blogs within my niche and I'm already seeing the backlinks in Google. As with all blog commenting, the trick is to add a post with some value. The old "Hey, nice post" won't work. Instead of trying to comment on every no follow blog within my niche, I try to identify 3-4 high PR sites and write targeted posts within those blogs that will most likely be approved. Your mileage may vary, but this works well for me.
Hey 5593907...when you make blog comments, isn't it better to comment on DOFOLLOW blogs as opposed to NOFOLLOW? I agree with everyone about FBF. It is a very good investment. I upgraded to the Gold version and it really works great. You can isolate the 6, 7 and higher page ranked blogs and go to the DOFOLLOWS (at least I hope those are the correct ones!) and make a decent, intelligent comment with a link to your name or signature . . . .
