    What is the quickest, but ethical way to get back links to a new site? Without buying them.

    If you were teaching someone who is new...to the online world...what would be your advise to help them start getting quality back links?

    Find your competitors go to backlinkwatch.com & see which websites they are linking to.
    List all do follow & no follow blogs & webs. And you can link to them by commenting & link exchange.

    @amolwagh333 that's exactly what I'm doing. It's the best way to beat your competitors too for that keywords. Blog commenting is indeed helpful, yet, as of now, I am having a hard time finding blogs that are related to my niche and approve blog comments easily.
