I tried Magic Article Rewriter trial version. On May 30, 2009, I discovered a bug (Replace All did not work). After spending hours, reading the documentation, watching the video, searching the internet I emailed the developer. His fist reply to my email was as vague as the documentation on how to use the Replace All feature. I sent another email. This time the developer admitted it was a bug. This is my opinion, but when a users spends hours each day trying to get a feature to work and it does not and notifies the developer, not only once, but twice, you would think the developer would compensate the user by providing a copy. Otherwise, it would of been sold with a bug. I'm sure in time the bug would of been discovered, yet the bug was so obvious it does make me wonder if the developer does good quality control before releasing his product. If not, than my time spent quality controlling his product should be worth more than an insincere thank you. Very disappointed in the documentation, the developers lack of empathy to the time I wasted trying to use his buggy program. and not providing me a copy for the time spent quality controlling his product. That his job, not mine, but you would think he would show some appreciation for the hours spent and taking the time to notify him of this buggy feature.
