Thanks for the list, but there is not surety about link review.

I am willing to find 25 to 50 directories here and submit my site, if they really approve my link within 24 hrs. I will list them on my blog.

This lists directories in the order of approval time, in theory. In practice the info is incomplete because the default value is 60 days, so where it says that you can pretty much take it as unknown. It's not something you can measure accurately in any case.
