I agree on all the tips except number 3. Since a website is new then getting links from other sites is really hard because you don't have good ranking and traffic. You need a good budget to advertise your link on other site's blogroll.

 

do on page & offpage search engine optimization.it is a good practice.

 

Yeah onpage and offpage are the best when you want to have a good website with PR and with visits.

 

I have found that these are very good tips, although you need to be careful when adding new links, try not to do more than 5 per day otherwise Google may get suspicious! Take your time is the key!
