I actually used RateItAll and was approved a few hours later...of course you have to provide valid ratings but it doesn't take much.

that they reject my application

i dont know why

Anyways where is the point in getting adsense approval with such websites and content where your earnings will be dismal, better yet, follow the usual rigmarole, give loads of information on your niche and let the domain age and gain in SERPs, get good traffic and then add adsense, it makes sense as you will start earning, what do you join adsense for, earning, right.
