->Fast $10 if someone can tell me what software can create this web form - URGENT!!

Hi,

I'm paying a $10 bounty for just a little research.

I'm doing a site for a non profit and I've been
searching and searching and I can find a
piece of software that to creates a long detailed
paypal donation form like the one on this site:

Sure it can be designed in dreamwiever but I'm looking
for some sort of script or something that can do it.

There's all kind of form creating softwares but none
that I've found that is integrated with paypal to create
a form like the one on that site.

I actually did find one or two apps that did create them,
but they each cost like a few grand a piece and I've also found
a few sites that will let you create them on their site, but you
have to host them there and pay a monthly fee.

I'm not interested in either of those options.

I'm simply looking for a stand-alone piece of software that
will allow me to build/design the form and host it on my site and that
has a backend so that the records can be accessed and set-up
to be emailed to whatever email addresses we choose.

If someone can point me in the right direction to a reasonably priced
piece of software I'm paying a $10 bounty for just a little research.

Please note, this is not a contest for someone to design the form for me,
so please don't send offers or solicitations for that.

This contest is for someone to simply tell me what software will do this.

Well for one thing, while looking at the source code it seems to be qforms (open source). http://www.hotscripts.com/listing/qforms-javascript-api/
Styling is done through css.

 

you can use Visual basic as wel as javascript and css...

 

So there's no designer software that will do this without
dealing with css, vb, etc and the actual code?

I've found sites like formstack and formspring that will let you
make them without having to deal with the source code,
but the drawback to them like I mentioned above is that
they charge you a monthly fee and limit the number of
submission per month.

I don't want that, I want to host the form myself, but not have to
actually deal with the html.

I don't remember very well the limitations but you can look it up.

edit: i think that you can have up to 3 forms for free.

 

Thats the case, involving to some sort of programing language is also a talent, they use it to earn for themselves, so you have a choice here, its either to pay for their service or to get involve yourself to the language... I am not really sure if theres none.. so ill get back after 2 hours, after my research if i found none, i really doubt it..

 

heres the first thing i found out... You will really involve with codes with this, but this is much easy...
Just follow the steps, and for sure, you can already have a safe paypal transactions in your page...

Thanks, but Woofoo falls into the same category as the other two I listed.
They charge per month by the number of submissions and forms.

I'm looking for independent software that allows me to create as many as
I want and host on my own server for a one-time software cost.

Thanks, but that's not software, that's a code writing tutorial.
Plus the tutorial is for a three line form, not a
complex one like the one I need that will save the
records to a backend with an admin section so that I can
access them later.

 

That would be qforms then.

Also if you use wordpress (like me) it is just a matter of creating a form with the popular plugin cforms and then doing a simple redirect to paypal within the form.

Follow this tutorial to do it. It explains your situation.

It is called "CoffeeCup Web Form Builder 8.0 Retail" a software that lets you create incredible forms on web without involving on HTML language.. thats the brief description of this software... hope this solves your problem... i got a hard time searching for this..

By the way, I will stop searching now, because i have some things to do... If this software doesn't helps, my suggestion is to go to katz.cd and find a form software their, because i have allot of result when i search it, maybe theres a one better than coffee cup.. if you do like my suggestions, or have some questions just pm me.. god bless

It has different versions of the software at different prices. The link I gave you is too a list of features on the different versions (basically a comparison chart). One of the long list of impressive features for this software about 3/4 down the page says New! Payments Integration
This feature allows you to integrate PayPal and 2CheckOut gateways with your forms.. I was actually looking for this same thing really strongly in the past and had no luck.. Who knew someone else would ask for the same thing and I find it on my first google search. Well it was what I was looking for a while back.. Take a look and see if its what you are after..
