Why are you selling this site?
    No time to manage

    How is it monetized?
nothing at the moment but it was monetized before with adsense and making money. Also it was making money with amazon. The website I closed down as i changed hosts and did not have time to move it. You can restart it and bring back all the old files if you know how to do this.

Does this site come with any social media accounts?
Yes a facebook page with 193k fans. I have not posted in a while but they are real and wil get engaged again if you start posting content.

I have not posted or engaged with the page since 2013. I had an admin through up a few posts here and there since but i personally have not posted as i have not had time. When i was posting was 2013. Click 2013 on the right hand side and you will see 1000s of likes per post. So they are all real. To make a page active again you need to keep posting everyday and in a short time you should get the same results and 1000s of likes per post again same as 2013. as those fans have not gone away and even with no posting in the past week it still grew by 129 likes which is a shock to me as i have not posted anything. Imagine how much the page would start growing again if you post or share a few things everyday. It should hit back into the 1000s of new followers weekly again easily, and not 129.

Also like i said i shut down that hostgator account and moved it siteground. Hence why it says suspended as i suspended and closed down the website. All sites do this if you shut off your hosting and dont transfer it. I did not bother moving it as i had no time as i had another site i was working on. Like i said you can get the old files and relaunch it as many people do. It is not too difficult or you can start your own new site from scratch :)

Sarah the website was there but i did not transfer it. It can be restored. I do not have time to do this.
If i was selling it in its 2013 state with traffic and adsense and amazon earnings it would sell for $4000+
hence why i am selling it cheap and 1/10th the cost The website will stil be getting traffic even though its blank. It has backlinks also.
Hence the cheap $400 ono .

You can sell it however you like, I just think it's a bit sneaky to claim to be selling a "site" when you are selling a domain.

yes the way back machine there you go. Thanks Sarah :)

No i am not sneaky. I am very honest about it and clearly stated the site can be restored.
I also am selling it 10% of the cost due to this
This is a bargain as my friend who works in tech support said sell the site. It can be restored in 5 minutes by somebody who knows how to do it. So how is this sneaky when ai am 100% upfront and selling it very cheap and even ono?

It's sneaky because there is, currently, no site. There's only a backup.

"It's sneaky because there is, currently, no site. There's only a backup."
you seem like an honest and genuine person so i will go in as much detail to explain it to you further :)

Why does it matter if there is a backup or live? I am not offering a live website on my server hosted by me for next year. No buyer would pay for me to have a website in my name on my server live with my collecting adsense money would they???

When somebody buys it they will get access to it as promised and put it on their server in their name is it not?

The only person affected by this is me as i am not making adsense or amazon income now the fact it is not live
When a buyer purchases they can make the website live and collect income

At the end of the day to transfer a fully loaded website and domain can take 5 min to hours or days for some people.
There are 2 ways to transfer

Directly from my server or directly from wayback machine. In both cases its an online transfer from somewhere is it not?
You seem to be possibly insinuating that i am going to go to the post office and mail the buyer something?
or that i am going to keep the website on my server so its live. Both are not what i promised in this sale at all.

So no there is no transfer of physical goods. Its a transfer of the following non physical goods

    1. a domain name which involves a transfer.
    2. a transfer of website content from my web server or which in this case is only option now from way back machine. Both exactly same as end result is the same with content going on their server
    3. all the backlinks will remain pointing to the domain, and current traffic will continue
    4. the social media account will also be included

The only step that changes is step 2 slightly but end result is the same. in both cases they will get a website with content.
Whether its transfered from wayback machine, from hostgator, from godaddy it makes no difference. The result at the end of the day should be the exact same.
1 option would be to transfer from my original hostgator server which i closed account as i explained and not possible now
2nd option would be to transfer from a way back time machine server or something similar.

To restore this website and transfer could take 15 minutes to hours or days also. I am no expert in restoring websites.
Just like i am no expert in transfering websites. Both would take me hours to work out maybe more.
Some experts can do this in 5 minutes. Both options.
End of the day there is work involved to transfer a website whether its loaded on my server, whether hostgator, godaddy, time machine, another similar site etc. A transfer can involve 1000 different sources. The most important part is its transfered to the buyer as promised. Which i have been very clear and honest about.

But because there is extra work involved to do this i am selling it for $400 ono instead of $4000 ono

If somebody can restore it in 30 minutes or an hour then they just saved themselves $1000s of dollars for a bit of extra work.

You keep calling me sneaky over and over again when i have answered all your questions 100% honestly and thruthfully repeatedly.
Not sure what else i can do for you? i cannot be any more honest and upfront.
I also connected my paypal as verficication, ai am happy to chat live on phone or skype to any prospective buyer and also willing to use escrow if that makes buyers more comfortable. Anything else i can offer i am happy to :)

Please message me in private if you have more questions or call me or skype me etc, as i am 100% geniune seller and happy to assist you further in any way i can :)

It looks like the site was a wordpress install with an auto poster. So a backup using files from the wayback machine really wouldn't do it...not to mention when you save those files the internet archive adds HTML that you'd need to remove on each page.

If you get tired of not selling it, it might be worth finding someone on the forums and giving them $10 to get the site back online so that maybe it will sell.

By having the site online a buyer can check out exactly what they're buying, they can sign an NDA and get access to the admin panel (not so important if it's just wordpress) and see if the "site" is worth buying. They can see which plugins are being used and identify if they are transferrable or if a new license needs to be purchased.

Sometimes the site has more value than the domain and because it's so awesome you'll buy despite an ordinary domain. A domain with a typo is always going to be hard to sell.

By taking it offline you've essentially wiped it out from the search engines so the buyer has to make up for that.
