    I don't think you should call it a premium domain when you aren't sure what makes a domain premium, that seems a bit misleading, my friend.

    A premium domain has to have some meaning to it, or have great value, IE: an exisiting domain with a high value site and good traffic.

    Although Fart He People.com might be memorable, it definately does not qualify for premium status just yet.
