Yea Farmville conversions suck. I get about 1 out of 1200 visits from search traffic. I think there is so much free stuff oout there that no one is willing to pay.

    ^^ Agreed.

Used to run a Farmville site as well. Conversions on the BEST converting product were about 1 in 600. Crap niche. Dropped it a while back.

I also have very bad conversions for that niche...actually I also wouldnt spend my money on learning about how become a farmville expert...moreover I think that mainly teenagers are interested in that product...so they know how to get free stuff on the net..

But how come then that farmville has such a good gravity and popularity in clickbank?

@brada: I don't get it - 1 sell on 600 visits is a bad conversion? (I'm a newbie, so I expect it to be excelent conversion? I don't know, just asking.)
When I was into PPC, I had 700 uniques daily and had just a few clicks, which is terrible. However, 1 or few sales on that number of visits is excellent if you ask me. OK, it's not good if you have low number of visits daily.

Personally, if you're ranked number one in Google.
USE CPA OFFERS to guarantee profits from content and promote clickbank on the sidebars.

1 in 600? That's HORRENDOUS. I promote other products that make sales at 1 in 30 or less. 1 in 600 isn't worth my time.

Free Farmville information is widely available. Add to this the
fact that it's not a strategy game. Plant crops, harvest crops,
raise animals, harvest animals. How many insider tips can
    there be?

There's low conversions amongst pretty much all gaming guides (I've heard everyone complaining)

The WOW niche is a bit more profitable ..

Are you using an optin and giving away something free? If you get so many visitors, start using that to build a list. Then consider leveraging that list for another strategy game that converts better.
