    This sell includes the domain + site files + mysql db for wordpress. No hosting!

    Site about Facebook game Farmville and tips, tricks and cheats for it. It's launched 7th of October 2009 and it has got average of 400 uniques per day. It have made $186 in October (25 days) and daily average for revenues is ~$7.5.

    It has own Facebook group with ~3k users and traffic from Facebook is constant 75%. 25% comes from google / yahoo.

    I'm a little confused with your figures. 10k monthly visitors but an Alexa rank of 2 million? It doesn't make sense to me, sorry.

    Sorry if being misleading, that 10000 is from that AWStats page! In monthly history for October it shows 10394 unique visitors for October, maybe it counts it different way?

    I doubt anyone would buy a .info website for $500. Check the actual worth and then start by bidding instead of BIN.
